Go Expense > Team > Team Expense Claims
and click the 'New Expense Claim' button
This brings up the pop up window Add Expense
Select Employee: Select the employee.
Type: Standard Expense or Pre approval name.

Expense Type: Which expense type you are claiming for
Description: describe briefly what you are claiming for
Expense Date: Which date the expense is incurred
Upload Receipt: submit receipts or proofs for claims
Save your submission
Multiple Claims
You can also choose to submit multiple claims.
Click the 'New Expense Claim' button
Click Multiple.
Choose the employee from the dropdown list.
Expense Date: Which date the expense is incurred
Type: Standard Expense or Pre approval name.

Expense Type: Which expense type you are claiming for
Description: Describe briefly what you are claiming for
Categories: Different categories of expense claims that for under this expense type
Expense amount
Tax amount
Exchange rate: For foreign currency claims, contact your admin to set up the required exchange rate in the backend.
Receipt: Attach proof
Red Bin Icon: Delete
Once you are done, click Save to submit or cancel to exit submitting expense claims.
That employee's expense claim is now reflected under Team Expense Claims > My Team Record/ All record for tracking.
