All employees can rate their peers and managers if 360 performance review is turned on but not edit or delete ratings. Should an employee wish to edit or delete a rating, the reporting manager for this employee has to be the one to make the changes.
This is to ensure accountability, so that ratings are strictly based on how well done the task at hand was. This eliminates any sudden change of minds due to personal issues and encounters between peers and managers. Managers are allowed to edit or delete ratings for second degree reporting employees and below.
In the example below, should Jeslyn make a mistake and would like to edit one of her ratings for Colin's attributes, she would need to get her reporting manager, Thomas to make the edits on the system using his account.
