If 360 performance review is turned on, all employees can review their peers and managers but not edit or delete their reviews.
Should an employee wish to edit or delete a review, the reporting manager for this employee has to be the one to make the changes.
This is to ensure accountability, so that reviews are strictly based on how well the task at hand was done. This eliminates any sudden change of mind due to personal issues and encounters between peers and managers. Managers are allowed to edit or delete reviews for second degree reporting employees and below.
In the example below, should Jeslyn make a mistake and would like to edit one of her reviews for Colin's KPIs, she would need to get her reporting manager Thomas to make the edits on the system using his account.
