In case employees forget their passwords to their accounts in Yuvo, they can click on the link Forgot your password? under the sign in page.
This will lead them to a page which allows them to key in their email address and phone number (+XX country code for non-Singapore numbers). An email or SMS will be sent to the respective email address or phone number keyed in.
However, in cases where after following the above steps employees still fail to receive the email or SMS, here are a few ways the Admin can troubleshoot the issue based on common causes for the error:
1. Check that the right email address/ Mobile Number is reflected in the Employee database
Under My Employees on the left menu, select the employee who faced an issue receiving the reset password email/SMS. Click on his/her profile.
Under the tab Personal, check that the Email and Mobile no. is the right one. Click on Edit to make any necessary changes.
2. Check the Junk/ Spam folder of your email provider.
Sometimes, emails may get redirected to the Junk or Spam folder for your email provider. Kindly check them to see if the Reset Password email ended up there.
