If you forget your password for Yuvo, you can click the link Forgot your password? on the sign in page.

Then, key in your email address or phone number (+XX country code for non-Singapore numbers). An email or SMS will be sent to the respective email address or phone number.

Troubleshooting

In cases where users fail to receive the email or SMS, here are a few ways an admin can troubleshoot the issue based on common causes for the error:

1. Check that the right email address/mobile number is reflected in the Employee database

Under My Employees on the left menu, select the employee who faced an issue receiving the reset password email/SMS. Click on his/her profile.

Under the Personal tab, check that the Email and Mobile no. are the correct ones being used to reset the password. Click on Edit to make any necessary changes.

2. Check the Junk/Spam folder of your email provider.

Sometimes, emails may get redirected to the Junk or Spam folder for your email provider. Kindly check them to see if the Reset Password email ended up there.
