Employees can apply for leave easily through the Yuvo system in 2 ways: through the web app, or mobile app.

For Web App

To attach a document for leave request, navigate to Leave module on the left menu.

  • Under the tab My Leave, click on the button Apply Leave.
  • Click on Drop file or click here to upload to attach any relevant file(s) for documentation eg. medical certificate.
  • Once the file is uploaded, both employee and manager can View or Download by clicking on the respective buttons next to the file. While the leave request status is still pending, employee can choose to delete the file, and re-upload another one.

For Mobile App

To attach a document for leave request, navigate to HR and click on Leave module on the menu.

  • Click on the "+" icon towards the bottom of the screen to add a new leave request. Click on the Apply Leave button.

  • Choose the leave type and other details from the list and click on Apply. Look for the applied leave listing and click on it.
  • Click on the "+" next to Add Document field. Choose the location (Camera/Gallery/Documents) from where you'd like to import the file.
  • Once the file is uploaded, both employee and manager can View the file by clicking on the button next to the file. While the leave request status is still pending, employee can choose to delete the file, and re-upload another one.
