The Performance Manager allows managers to rate and review employees' performance at work. (Employees can also give each other ratings if the 360 Review feature is activated.)

There are 2 types of rating systems that companies can choose between: Star Rating system and Thumbs Up/Down system.

Set Thumbs Up/Down system

As a Company Admin, you can enable Thumbs Up/Down system for reviewing your employees. Here's how:

Go to Company -> Company Profile on the left menu. Under Company Settings, click on Edit.

It will open up a window called 'Edit Company Settings'. Go to Performance review type and select "Thumbs up/down rating system" and Save.

Rate Employee

To rate an employee, go to Performance Manager on the left menu and navigate to the Team Attributes tab.

Select the employee you wish to rate, select an attribute and click on Add new rating.

Click on the thumbs up/down or neutral icon to rate the employee and insert comments (if needed/if mandatory). Then, click on Submit.

For Mobile App

To rate an employee, go to Performance Manager from the left menu and navigate to the Team tab.

Select an employee and click on the employee name to display the attributes.

Select an attribute to be rated.

Click on the thumbs up/down or neutral icon to rate the employee and insert comments (if needed/if mandatory). Then, click on Add.
