When an Admin adds an employee into the system using the options:

  • Invite employee to self on-board.
  • Invite employee to start using Yuvo without on boarding.

As a new employee, you will receive an invitation from Yuvo to activate your account.

The system will ask you to create a password for your account in the system.

There will be a welcome note from Yuvo and then you will have to finish 2 steps to complete the onboarding process as shown below.

Personal Profile – Here you define your basic details.

My Documents – All documents that are needed at the time of joining as per the company's requirement need to be uploaded here.
