“Corporate Insurance” option is available in Left Menu under Health.

Through this screen the Admin can manage the corporate insurance policy in the system. The Admin can even compare policies and purchase a better deal for the organization as per the company’s policy.

There are two Tab pages in this option

Buy Insurance

Through this screen, the Admin can manage the corporate insurance policy for the Organization in the system. The Admin can even compare different plans and policies and buy a better deal for the employees as per the companies policy.

There are two options

The Admin can click on “Customise”, create categories for employees with available plans and attach the categories to employees and review and submit. Once a plan is submitted the Insurance company will contact the person concerned in the organization to discuss the best possible plan.

Corporate Policies

If the Organization has their own corporate policies then the Admin can upload the policy details into the system. 

The system will then keep track of the expiry date of the corporate policies and intimate the Admin to also keep track through the Dashboard widget.

The Admin can directly drag the document with the policy details into the space provided or click and upload from system. Once uploaded, the other details like the Policy Name, Insurance Provider, Expiry Date and Annual Premium can be added.

The Admin can then share the corporate policy with employees. The Admin can click on Edit button and select the employee(s) with whom the policy needs to be shared. The Insurance policy thus shared with Employees can be viewed in “My Policy” in display mode.

Based on the expiry date, the Policy the widget on the Dashboard reflects the number of days left or past for the insurance plan.

The Admin can view, download and delete the policy and its details by clicking on the corresponding buttons against the policy uploaded.

Claims on the Policy. If any Employee makes a claim on the corporate policy, the Admin uploads that detail in the claims option, which will be viewed by the employee in his/her claims option.

Go to Corporate Claims

Upload the Claim document in the space provided.

Enter the following details:

Claim Name – Provide the name for the Claim request here. By default, the system will provide the name of the File that is being uploaded.

Employee Category - The category of the employee is to be entered here.
Employee - The Employee whose Claim details are beginning to be uploaded. Insurance Provider - The name of the Insurance provider for which the claim requests have been forwarded.
Submission Date- The date when the claim has been submitted by the Employee. Claim Amount- The Amount that the employee has claimed.
Settlement Date - The date when the insurance have been settled.
Settlement Amount - The final amount for the claim that has been settled.
Status - The status for the claim. By default, it will be Pending. Once settled, the Admin can change it to Approved or Rejected.

The Admin can click on Edit button and update the policy details.

The Admin can view, download and delete the policy and its details by clicking on the corresponding buttons against the policy uploaded.
