Admin Groups are available in "Admin Management" under "Company" in the left menu. To create a new group, click on the button “Add new group”


To edit an existing group, click on the radio button under Permissions to add or remove selected permissions from the group. The system automatically saves the record. If an Admin is assigned to the group then the given permissions will be added or removed accordingly.

To delete a Permission Group, click on the Delete button at the bottom of the Group.


Important Note :

Default Group – The Permissions of this group cannot be edited or the group cannot be deleted. It is defined by the system.

Delete – The Permissions will be deleted from the system. If an Admin is attached to this group, then the corresponding rights would be removed from the Admin.

List of Permissions:

  1. Can manage "Company Profile" – This permission gives the Admin rights to manage the Company Profile page. The Admin can manage Company details, Work Locations, Departments and Document Types.
  2. Can manage "Admin Groups" – This permission gives the Admin rights to manage the Admin Groups, define Admins and Assign Groups to Admins. The Admin cannot edit his/her own Permissions.
  3. Can manage "My Employees" except off-boarding — This permission gives the Admin rights to manage Employees (Add and Edit) and their official and personal details. This permission does not give the Admin rights to Off-board any employee.
  4. Can off-board employees – This permission gives the Admin rights to only off-board any employee. The Admin cannot Add Employee or Edit any employee details with these permissions.
  5. Can manage "HR Templates"– This permission gives the Admin rights to manage HR Templates for the Organization. The Admin can create a new HR Document or edit any existing HR document in the system. The Admin can send HR documents to Employees and can have signature options through the system.
  6. Can manage "Workflows"– This permission provides the Admin rights to manage the Workflows for the organization. The Admin has rights to create Workflows and Tasks for an Event Date. The Admins can assign the Tasks to employees as per the organization’s policy.
  7. Can manage "Payroll"– This permission gives the Admin rights to manage Payroll for the Organization. The Admin has rights to create Payroll types and Payroll cycles as per the Organization Accounts Policy. The Admin has rights to create Payslips for the employee.
  8. Can manage "Leave"– This permission gives the Admin rights to manage Leave. The Admin has rights to create Leave Types and, Leave Periods for the organization. The Admin can manage Leave balances and Leave approvals for the employees of the organization.
  9. Can manage "KPI Metrics"– This permission gives the Admin rights to define KPI metrics for the Organization. The Admin has rights to create KPIs at Company level, Department level and Individual level.
  10. Can manage "Insurance"– This permission gives the Admin rights to manage Insurance for the Organization. The Admin has rights to add classes of insurance and assign it to employees and define Insurance for the organization.
  11. Can manage "Doctor Panel"– This permission gives the Admin rights to define the Panel of Doctors, which can be viewed by employees as per the Company Policy.
  12. Can manage "Company Wallet"– This permission gives the Admin rights to manage the Wallet for the Organization. The Admin can distribute the amount from the company Wallet to employees wallet according to company policy.
