The Performance Manager is available on the left menu.
The Super Admin or Performance Admin (see types of admin rights here) is able to define the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the organization at different levels according to the requirements below:
(i) Company Mission & Vision Statement – The company’s mission and vision can be defined as a KPI here, which would be applicable to all the employees of the organization.
(ii) Department/Team Objectives – KPIs pertaining to each department can be defined here. All employees of the department will have this KPI available in their KPI list.
(iii) Individual KPI – KPI for each employee can be defined here. The employee would be able to view it in their KPI list.
Employees can access the set KPIs only in read-only mode.

For Mobile App
KPIs can be set by admins only in the web app. This feature is not available in the mobile app.
Employees can view their KPIs in a read-only mode from their mobile apps.
