Attributes are specific goals that are directly tied to the employee's KPIs. Managers can review an employee's performance on selected metrics (termed as 'Attributes'), which are based on his/her Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

To add an Attribute for ALL employees, go to Performance Manager in the left menu and select the Team Attributes tab. Click on the button Bulk Create.

Key in the details of attributes for which the employees are rated and click Create for all employees.

Once done, this attribute will appear on the pages of all employees.
